Amber, did you have to type and print each of the fonts/names that you used for the border around your room or did you find a list online?

I just want to let you know how much you have helped me this summer. I have been following your website, wikis, blogs, etc. You are just a wealth of information. I have been teaching math, science and social studies for the past 5 years and then received the computer teacher job last year. I knew computers but I knew I needed to learn more. Again, I have learned so much from you this summer and I just wanted to thank you. How to go about keeping yourself so updated on the latest trends? It seems like you know everything there is to know about technology.

I am so impressed with your knowledge young lady. I have learned more from your web page, bolg, and wiki page today than I have in 5 tech meetings. Thank for being so willing to share your knowledge.

I can't imagine they'd cut your job with all you do.

Hey, Amber! My tech budget was cut by 20% this year. Was yours too? I was wondering if that was a statewide decision or a county decision. I'm not complaining though b/c we added 2 or 3 teacher units that weren't budgeted for, so I'm not out too much. Next year could be a different story.

do you know of an website that I can use to add images without seeing the images background? I can't find any for my kids to add with the ginger bread project.

Tha command seems only to center the text within the cell. I'd like to center the table on the line.

Quick question- How can I center on table on the line in the Winter Wonderland wikispace? I've made a table in grade 1 but it is left justified on the line. Thanks.

I see you have a poll up about Tutpup. My students LOVE this site and are always asking if they can go to it. I use it as something they can do when they're done site.

Thanks for the comments on the rules presentation Amber. Now, if only the kids could remember the part about Read the Screen before you ask questions part.

And, thanks in advance for the podcasting information. I think I'm going to do that first with my 8th graders as a whole class thing - heaven help me! lol That way though they all get the training on it at once and we get our first podcast.

Amber, did you ever share your booklet in Word based on the Learning in Hand information? We're going to be starting podcasting for the Social Studies Wiki in the next couple of weeks and I was just going to create something like this for them to download.

Great, thanks and great idea for the keyboard! My kids are now 20 months and 5 months. I just am getting back into the swing of things after being in and out of maternity leave for the last two years. I am so overwhelmed but slowly things are starting to get into a routine and slowly getting done.
