What can they make and take home?
I was going to have students make a Thanksgiving bookmark for family members. How relevant is a bookmark these days given that many have eReaders?! Does anyone have an idea of something else I could have students make to take home for Thanksgiving? Christmas?

Have you thought about using Wordle or tagxedo to make a word cloud of things they are thankful for?
