A Radio Interview About Keyboarding--No Surprise to Tech Teachers

Last week, I was invited to appear on BAM! radio–the voice of the education community–to discuss keyboarding. Does that sound benign? It’s possible when the producer found me through Ask a Tech Teacher, she wondered if a radio show revolving around keyboarding would be a yawner. But any tech teacher knows it’s a…

25 Tips for Not-so-Techy Folk

This is a great list of tech tools to integrate into your classroom. I'm reposting it from a fellow-tech teacher, Mark Clarkson, who took the time to put it together.

I love the picture. She's exactly how I feel those days when I'm trying to explain a particularly thorny Excel skill and I get that glazed-over look from everyone.

Hope you find it as useful as I did.

Hi There!
I was just browsing through your wiki and it is absolutely fabulous! You really have great ideas on there! One of the things that I was really curious about was your 'question board.' How is that used? Do you have the kids make a little video of how to do it? Or do they demonstrate it in front of the class? (I noticed the no 'ummmmms'.....) :-) I am hoping to do something like this in my class!

Thanks!
Angie

Sorry, Barri.
