I just copied and pasted their pictures from their trading cards into excel and blew them up, taped them together and laminated.

I use excel because it prints it out by cells and I can put it together like a puzzle. It's great for making poster sizes of things or larger.

About how many pages did you use for each character? (Height and width)

height was 2 feet...it is about 9 sheets for each.

That's a great idea! I created my figures by hand. This makes it so much easier.
