I use print shop.  Copy and pasted a picture of an ipad from a google image search

Placed a white rectangle for the screen for a better background

Copy and pasted icons for each program from a google image search 

Added the words using the Headline and text tools

Then print  : )

I just saved the picture to my computer and it printed fine on a 8 1/2 by 11 paper.
