Smart Board lessons_what would you like to know?

I am gathering information to teach an Advanced Smart Board class to faculty for our January PD Day. I have been self-teaching along the way and writing down ideas. If you are new to Smart Board, what would you like to know? If you are a veteran, what do you think are important tools/ideas to share. I will be using Smart Board 11 Software....so I'll be teaching them the new tools with Smart Board. Along with the new tools, I have down how to insert and save music files. What else should I teach to help jazz up files? They will have some work time to create new files......so I want it to be as beneficial as possible.
